At the house, our guests have access to a solar-heated panoramic outdoor pool with a lawn and sun terrace, table tennis, a children's playground and a large car park.

A variety of hiking trails in the surrounding forests or fruit and wine estates are ideal for hikers and those seeking relaxation. Further leisure activities can be found at Lake Kaltern, where you can swim, sail or surf. Of course, you can also go horse riding, play tennis or cycle in the surrounding area.
Free Public Transport
As our guest, you receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass (Mobilcard), which allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge during your stay. This includes buses, regional trains, and some cable cars.

Our country has a lot to offer in terms of historical cultural assets, such as the many castles and palaces, the wine museum, the Mendelbahn funicular, the Ötzi museum in Bolzano. The world-famous Dolomites or the “Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle” are well worth a visit, where you can be enchanted by the diversity of local and international plants.
